AtmosClear was created to be the investment and project development vehicle for an association of Green and Clean Tech funds including the Warrawee Investments Fund, a privately owned investment fund.
Its mandate is to identify good quality investment opportunities in the waste re-utilisation, recycling and renewable energy sectors whilst remaining committed to develop sustainable solutions that address global warming and Peak Oil issues.
Investments in these sectors are proactively sought after and financially and operationally assisted.
Our main objectives are to:-
- Manage investments to generous levels of profitability whilst demonstrating respect for local people and the environment
- Develop sustainable projects with priority given to greater Europe, Africa and Asia
- Develop partnerships with companies that have specific expertise to enable us to minimise risk and enhance fund and project returns and allow them to participate/invest alongside us in:-
- renewable energy projects
- waste recovery, re-use and re-cycling
- logistical enhancers
Strategically over the next 5 years, we have objectives to implement 10 Projects and to build biomass fuel production capacity to 1m tons per year.
We are looking for investments in capable management teams able to demonstrate:-
- Relevant experience and expertise
- Flexibility & open mindedness
with solid Projects with long term relationships for supply and off-take
